We are currently seeking the following:
This is a full time position working with adults and families who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault. We are a non-profit organization providing a comprehensive range of services to individuals who have experienced or who are escaping domestic abuse. We also operate a rape crisis center for adults who have been the victim of sexual assault. Our staff is highly dedicated to providing quality, trauma-informed care to our clients. We are looking for someone who is committed to working with these particular populations and who is passionate about providing the best specialized and evidence based treatments to our clients. We realize that unreasonable caseloads and quota expectations negatively impact outcomes for clients. This position will remain focused on client care, with a reasonable caseload, without medicaid or insurance billing. We are looking for a dedicated counselor who can place their energy into realistic goal setting, and attainable progress for our clients.
Compensation: Competitive salary based upon license, training and experience

The Family Crisis Center of Northeast Arkansas is seeking qualified applicants who are licensed in the State of Arkansas, in good standing and skilled in mental health counseling. Credentials of LPC or LCSW required with a minimum of 5 years of experience. We are looking for a dedicated counselor who can place their energy into realistic goal setting, and attainable progress for our clients. Relevant experience working with domestic violence or sexual assault victims is highly preferred. Specialized training will be required. Our mission is to move individuals who have experienced domestic or sexual violence from victimization to empowerment. Qualified applicants will be like minded and have a specialized interest in addressing these particular issues.
